Glen Gardner is a small borough located in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, in the United States. It is situated in the western part of the state, approximately 56 miles west of New York City. According to the United States Census Bureau, Glen Gardner has a total area of 1.7 square miles, all of which is land. As of the 2010 United States Census, the population of Glen Gardner was 1,704. The borough is home to Voorhees State Park, a popular outdoor recreational area that offers camping, hiking, and fishing opportunities. The town has a small downtown area with shops and restaurants. Public education in Glen Gardner is provided by the Bethlehem Township School District.
